I have two green anoles, one male one female, how can I tell if there happy?

I just bought a female anole and put her in the tank with my male anole, he puffs out his dewlap and bobs and she bobs back. Is this a good thing? I have them under the correct lighting/ heat/ and humidity but they are both brown. Could they be stressed or upset that they have to deal with another anole?

That is a mating ritual. If you dont want baby anoles, seperate them immediately!!!

They are happy if they are green, and they turn brownish when they are mad or unhealthy/unhappy.
