You have a degree, a master in Human Relations as a management and administrative graduate! If you really like the HR departmental work and is interested to develop your skill and to earn your living, yes you can do that from home itself. However to get familirise with the companies and the people who can give you the work that you can do from home you need to visit them initially. This is unavoidable since you need to have the rapport with your clients to develop the business.

The important steps to do in the beginning:

1. Have you web site opened under two or more columns like job for you / vacancy for you / executive employment etc.

3. Make a profile of your company - Giving details about your company, objectives, procedure for executive selection like testing, interview etc - This must be a introduction to your clients!

5. You can charge a month salary for this recruitment and selection of staffs, executives or senior executives like the GM, VP etc for private and limited companies!

6. If you could correctly plan and execute the work you can earn Rs 25,000 to 1,00,000 a month in this profession, right from home!

You definitely need an office with a executive assistant to help you and you need to have the investment for these which may not be more than Rs 50,000, initially!

As regards to know about the companies and their need of executive staffs, you just can refer their own advertisements published in the leading daily newspapers in English and other languages that you know and can directly call them to check their acceptance for your working for their job of finding relevant people for the appointment and as well for the payment to your service. It may look ODD initially but over a period of time, neither you would find it difficult not your clients would find it wrong and things would shape to your way and perhaps you may get involved more on to the job to refine to level fine for others acceptance!
