I have two lumps in my throat?

Question

I'm a male. The adam's apple is located in the middle of the throat im assuming. Right at the top of my neck, i have a huge lump as well. Does anyone have any explanations? i'm really worried

are there 2 right under your jaw bone? if so they are glands if your sick or have allergies they will swell its nothing big :)

It sounds like a swollen lymph node.  

Take an anti inflammatory (i.e. ibprofen)

If it still is swelling, see a doctor.

It sounds like your lymph nodes maybe swollen, this can be due to several reasons of which one could be cancer. It's best to have it checked out, particularly if you have no known allergies and this is the 1st time its happened.
