I think you should get something special for each girl that fits their personality. You dont have a huge bridal party so it wouldnt cost too much. i think peopel tend to relaly appreciate it when they get something specifically chosen for them as apposed to a cookie cutter inital necklace or embroidered tote bag...

Absolutely. I did that when I got married. Gave my girls all the same gift. You gave your 2 maid of honours a special gift just by asking them to be maid of honour.

Purchasing the same for all of them would be fine, but I would suggest having them personalized (engraved etc) so that they are special for each one as well.
