I have two portfolio and both have disappeared.?

How can I go about locating them?

Mine disappear on occasion... you just need to log out and then log back in using your user name, that usually brings them back

Try the right side column about half way down the page in the "Quotes section.  You will see a "My Portfolios" tab.  Click on that.  By default, I think all of your portfolios are collapsed,

Closed or collapsed portfolios are displayed as only a title bar with the portfolio's name on it and a small down arrow on the right edge of the portfolio title bar.  If you open one that is currently collapsed, the system automatically closes / collapses the one that is currently open.

Is this possibly where your 2 missing portfolios are??

I use My Yahoo page to view / edit /create my portfolios and I can view all 3 of my portfolios at the same time (unlike on the Yahoo Finance page) if I wish.
