I have two questions. after I get the box "microsoft has encountered a problem i choose do not sent and it automatically closes my who web site and i have to go back on desk top to connect again.Other question is i removed all the updates from microsoft to see if it helped and it did not i do i go and reinstall the unistalledthanks
