I have a sprained right toe. It hurts when I press it but it doesn't that bad because I can walk and move it so I know it isn't broken.

Question is: How long will it heal? It's been a week.

I have a pain in the bone below the knee. What can I do to reduce the pain?

  1. Sprains can take anywhere up to about 8 weeks to heal. Pain below the knee, ice and heat swap every 20 mins w/ ibuprofen.

  2. Advil for the pain and swelling and  ice for swelling.  If it hurts to press it don't press it. lol  It sounds like a sprain so try not to do any excessive exercises and stay of it as much as possible for a couple weeks.

  3. im not doc but try not to move it and put ice or heating pads on it

    hope this helps

Second one: Ice maybe? If you dont know the cause of it, ask a doctor or a close friend. In other words, tell me more about it.
