  1. They look like they have gotten too much water, and not enough sun. They have to have 6 hrs of sun, at least.

  2. This looks like end rot, when I used to work in a greenhouse this was caused by a change. Such as too many nutrients, or the plant was getting old, or any kind of basic stress to the plant. I can't be sure that is what is happening to your plants, but it is what it looks like to me.

  3. Looks like blight, a fungucide will kill it.  Baking soda is a good home remedy for fungus.  Mix a solution of baking soda 4tbsp, 2tbsp  dish soap, and 2tbsp of olive oil in a half gallon of water, and spray all of foliage.   Add the dish soap last or you will have lots of suds.  Overwatering, and water on the leaves increases the chance of infection.  Does it get enough sun?  Nutrients? Here is a picture, and suggestions.

  4. It looks to me as though it got too much water.  Is your soil heavy so that the water stays in it?  I don't know of any way to save this plant now.  Next year, try working some coarse sand into the dirt before planting.
