I have two trade offers. Which is better?

1. I would get Cliff Lee and Bobby Abreu. He would get Matt Holliday and I have the option to give him Casey Blake too.

2. I would get Ryan Ludwick, Ben Sheets, and Adam Wainwright. He would get Albert Pujols, Brandon Phillips, and Roy Oswalt.

Which is better? I think I'm kind of getting ripped in the second senario. I would also be worried about Sheets' health.

My team is flat out bad so any improvement is accepted. My hitting isn't good and neither is my hitting so everything needs to get better

  1. DO NOT DO THE SECOND ONE!  That is a horribly lopsided trade that will do nothing but kick you in the end.  You might be SLIGHTLY upgrading your pitching, but Pujols and Phillips are top 3-4 players at their positions, and all you would be getting back offensively is a young outfielder who is unproven in a VERY crowded outfield.  If you are looking for SP help (which it looks like  you are), then you are FAR better off accepting the first deal.  Actually the first deal is pretty good.  Abreu isn't that bad, and Holliday isnt playing up to hit expectations this season.  Lee has been fantastic thus far and can do nothing but help your starting rotation.
