My felonies are for theft and uttering a forged instrument. Basically I stole my ex-girlfriends credit card and wrote one of her checks. However, I was prosecuted and convicted. I really want to apply to a helicopter flight school but am worried that these convictions will disqualify me. This happened in 2004 and I am no longer that person any longer.

  1. Unless you plan to try to become a military  helicopter pilot, those two convictions are not likely to stand in your way.

Of course you will need to have the proper formal education and the money to be able to pay your way thru flight school.

Have you priced the costs that are  involved ?
