I have two weeks left before the start of football season. I havent trained at all. ?

I need more endurance and more leg muscle and all around body muscle. I m willing to work extremely hard. What do i do with two weeks?!! I need very detailed answers on endurance building and muscle building. Also what are some football techniques that i should have done for the seaso before it starts. What are key elements to playing good football and how should i train for them?

  1. Run....you should run each day and a bit further each day to build up endurance.  If you have access to a pool, swimming is great for full body muscle toning.  


  2. Get off the computer and work out!
