I have uneven edges underneath my fingernails.

I don't have white spots, but the tip of the nail that curves (underneath the nail) looks weird -- it is all uneven. It is like the white part is going deeper within the part part. I also have ridges and my nails are always cracking. Help.

You can buy nail polish that will prevent finger nails from cracking, they are just dry. Or your diet might be lacking in vitamins.

You could also try rubbing some regular lotion into your nails, I do it all the time before painting mine.

I don't know how to get rid of the bumps under your nails, it sounds like a vitamin deficiency. If your nails don't start growing in smooth, after a few months, maybe try a multi-vitamin.
