  1. It's mainly genetics that dictate the bone structure, which will explain the small wrist size. As for muscles they too are governed by genetics, but, they can be stimulated to grow to a certain extent by means of exercise and diet.

  2. I have narrow wrists and to some extent if you have narrow wrists there is only so much muscle you will be able to have and then there will still be other guys who do not have a narrow wrist genetically who will be bigger. However, you can find some exercises that focus on the wrist, using dumb bells, etc. If your belly is "fat" you can do cardio exercises- running, jogging, swimming, etc. Anything that elevates your heart rate and keeps it up for about 20 minutes a day, preferably the first thing in the morning to get the metabolism going. Then eat several smaller meals of healthy food during the day rather than one or two big meals that cause your body to store the energy in the form of fat. For your butt and anything else that is small, seek out exercises that focus on those parts and get to work. Don't overdo any one part of the body or you may end up having the opposite problems later on- a bigger butt, for example. Everything in moderation.
