to get into shape
I am going back as an alum to my boarding school with some other alumni friends for homecoming this year
what are some exercises i can do to tone my thighs, butt, tummy, back, and arms?
I know, it's a lot but it's an important date. I am seeing friends that I have not seen in several years, and definitely want to look my best.
My Thighs and Belly are my most crucial concerns though.
So I have Just under two months to get this done, and I am completely able and willing to workout every day. So... any suggestions on what I need to do?
