I have upgraded from Norton internet security suite 2005 to the 2008 edition. My computer keeps freezing up and crashing. I have uninstalled and re-installed the program to no avail. Norton also keeps detecting a trojan and it supposedly fixes it and then I have to restart. This occurs regularly. OS is XP service pack 2. Please could you help?
