I have used all my holiday days but I want to take off more, what are my rights when it comes to holidays?

It is only a part time retail sales assistant job working on weekends. Is there a way I can take off more days other than being ill.

See if you can swap shifts with somebody, most firms are OK with that.

you can ask for unpaid leave but your employers dont have to give it to you. if you have a good reason to want time off they may be sympathetic to you.
