well sorry to tell you

psp cant watch videos

the psp's flash memory is too small

no way to watch videos except psptube

but you need cfw(custom firmware0 for it

im not sure if it's impossible to play videos on psp on the net, although it may be extremely hard to do this on your firmware (i have the same) i've been trying to get flash player 6 or higher on my psp, the psp only has version 4, i think sony is working on flash support for psp, i hope it happens soon, i'll let you know if i get it working.
