I have kinda small green eyes AND also,Does brown eye liner and mascara really make them look bigger?(I know eyeliner itself makes them look smaller but me and my bff think i look better wid it)

mascara makes your eyes look more open. if you line you waterlines, it makes them look smaller.

i think voluminous by lorealparis works very well.

try it in the color blackbrown

it`ll deff make yur eyes "boom" =]

and darkbrown or black eyeliner should help too.. only on the top tho
