I have very strong lower back ache? 39weeks?

had it 4 about 3 days and tonight its constant & pretty intense. any 1 else get this.how long it last for?

Oh I feel for you, I got the same pain. You never really know how long you're going to be in pain. I know I would cry and swarm around, but then found it better if I would stay still with pillows on my back. That helped me a lot. My doctor would tell me to take Tylenol but I never did. Didn't want to take anything, even though Tylenol doesn't harm your baby. If you do decide to take Tylenol, take the extra strength with 500mg nothing stronger than that. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

i would give it one hour of that constant or regular pain and then call your doctor

you may be in labor

Could  be labor - i would call your doc/midiwfe and see what they think.
