I have videos on my comp. from my digital camera. How can I save them on a CD or DVD?

I do not have a cd writter, we are getting a new computer and I do not want to loose these videos of my daugter. I will pay to use a site like kodak, shutterfly, etc

I bought an external  USB 250G harddrive. I save all of my video, music and pictures to it. I download my camera to it. It has been invaluable to me and I can use it between my laptop and my PC and my sons computer..
