I have videos on my ipod that are not working for some reason but they use to. What is the problem?

When I'm on itunes connected to the computer they will play but when I disconnect the Ipod they wont. It just show white and has a bar and says 0.0

  1. maybe your ipod software needs to be updated.or plug your ipod in the computer take the videos out and put them back in.but i think you need a new software version.
