I have visa B2, entry field M for 5 years. Can I visit USA only once or more without applying for a new visa?

While Vanessa's answer is technically true, if immigration comes to the conclusion that you are attempting to live and work in the US on your tourist visa, they can cancel it and refuse your entry to the US. The reality is, there is no set number of times you can use the visa, however, if you come frequently and stay for extended periods of time every time you come here, they probably will cancel it at some point, even if you never stay past your authorized stay.  If you are spending more time in the US than you are at home, they will certainly cancel it.

the M stands for multiple... which means you can enter the US as many times as you want within a 5 year period... on the same visa.
