I have vista on my new laptop, and when i push question marks and stuff it shows up as É,é,À,à,Ç,ç, its messed

  1. Your keyboard may be set in a different country. Try verifing the settings for the keyboard. If thats set properly it may be that when your typing its a combination of keystroks that changes the lanuage temporarly.


  2. You may be pressing alt or your keyboard is locked on alt.
