I have volleyball tryouts and im particing late tryouts are in 5 days what should i do?

ok, mine r in like...20 days, so its crunch time, work on everything, do some running cause they might have a running test like my skool does, always be aggresive, work on serves and sets! they rly need setters and servers, always go for a ball by u, call it and be loud, hustle everywere u go so they know u mean business and most importantly listen! dont slack, they will think u rnt serious and u wont make the team

bump: keep ur legs bent, and stay low, u get more control

set: push it up and make sure ur hands make a diamond

serves: work on underhand first, even if u dont have overhand and u can make a underhand over, its better then missing 5 overhands, step before u hit an underhand ball, and use swing with over hand

spikes: remember ur approaches, u may not know any or how to spike but htey will teach u if u make the team!

you will only have a chance if you know the basic rules and have skills... one time in 7th grade, I tryed out for the volley ball team and I didnt even know how to serve!!!! but dont get me wroung, tryouts were a great learning experience for me! and now this year I tryed out again, becase I practiced for years, and I felt like I could do it now, so I tryed out and I made the team!!! So even if you dont make the team this year, theres always next year!!!

mine are in 5 days too!!! just work on things running, sprinting, and jumping

jog around your block for a mile every day

also eat realitively healthy

practice jumping up and down for 5 minutes

drink lots of water and eat protein

practice basic volleyball skills like bumping, setting, hitting and serving
