I have vonage. and its not workin what do i do?

well i was on the phone with my friend. and they hung up and then i did. when i went to call my grandmother my hpone was makin a weird noise and wouldnt stop.i unplugged it and it didnt work. i took the batteries out and it didnt work. no one can call in or out. how do i fix this problem?

unplug everything, wait 1 minute and then reconnect it again!!
