I have vonage and lost my ability to make calls. Is it down?

I have tried to contact them and cannot get thru..this is

Try your best to get out of your contract. Vonage is really horrible.

Unless Vonage has finally gone belly-up, it is more likely your hardware equipment needs to be reset.  Power off all Internet equipment and VoIP box and restart.  Sometimes that is all it takes to get things going again....
