I have vonage and lost my ability to make calls. Is it down?

I have tried to contact them and cannot get thru..this is

  1. Try your best to get out of your contract. Vonage is really horrible.


  2. Unless Vonage has finally gone belly-up, it is more likely your hardware equipment needs to be reset.  Power off all Internet equipment and VoIP box and restart.  Sometimes that is all it takes to get things going again....
