I have wall-to-wall carpets at home and a baby that just started walking.?

I want to clean the carpets soon but I'm still debating what is the safest way to do it, any feedback would be appreciated???

Personally, I would wait a while - they get very messy at this age - especially when potty training. Otherwise, you can get carpet cleaners at supermarkets n hire places, or you can pay for people to come in - just hope that it is warm that day so you can play in the garden, or ask a friend to have him/her overnight. I have kids and find laminate flooring so much easier!
