I have wallpaper in my room and want to change it. Which is easier more wallpaper or paint? How to i do it?

Typically, if your room had wallpaper before, then it's easier to wallpaper again. In order to paint after wallpaper removal, it's necessary to clean & the sand the walls *really* good to eliminate all of the excess paste.
