I have water in my surfboard from a ding, how do i get it out?

  1. Use a hair dryer or a heat gun. That will work just fine. The boards are made out of "closed cell" foam, so the water does not soak in very deep, but don't keep getting it wet, or the fiberglass and epoxy skin may eventually delaminate from the foam core, or it will start to discolor. Take it to your local surf shop, and they can repair the ding for you cheap.
