I have weight problems?

im 150 pounds and 14 years old. i dont look that big my more and more every month my hips and stomach are getting bigger. it got so bad i didnt even buy a swimsuit this year . i posted this question about 4 other times but im just looking for that right answer. ive tried everything and i have no motavation. i might be joining ladies super fitness or weight watchers but im not sure yet. i just want to come back next year with a whole different me you know? i dont know what to do. if i choose weight watchers what do i need to do? my friend loreal is on it and i havent seen her all summer and when i saw her the first day of school i almost died. shes so thin. she used to have a huge stomach but now she has no fat at all around there at all. i just need a life chnage because i cant go on like this anymore. ill choose best answer. thanks in advance

If you have lots of money, and lots of people to nag at you to follow the diet plan, the Weight Watchers thing could work... but you hafta have willpower to stay on the diet, and a ton of spare cash to spend on their boxed foods and stuff. And, you hafta count "points", which is a silly way to diet, because not everything has a sticker attached to it saying how many points it's worth.

    Instead, I'd suggest learning proper eating habits, so you can stick to them and not end up gaining weight again when you come off the points plan and realize that there's more to eating than obsessing over random numbers. Eat tons of vegetables and lean meats, and try and get at least 3 hours of exercise a week. Make sure you get rid of any junk food in your house, and ask your parents to help you out by cooking healthy food.

    You're right when you say a life change is in order--a temporary diet plan won't help you lose tons of weight *and* keep it off, you need to keep it healthy forever.
