I have white spots on the bottoms of my top teeth?

how do i get rid of them (WITHOUT bleach) and what caused them? ill get the bottoms buffed down after i get my braces off, but that will be another year or so. any help here?

  1. I believe that they are calcium deposits.  Other then having them ground down, I'm not sure how to get rid of them.  


  2. I was always told those were heavier concentrations of calcium in your teeth. They appear and disappear as your teeth grow, develop and age. Virtually everyone has them. They are nothing out of the normal and nothing to worry about.
