I'm 5'5 and I just turned 13. I weigh around 120 but it's mostly cuz I have a lot of muscle on my legs.thing is I have really wide hips (28 inches) but my waist is only like 22. I have a flat stomach but having wide hips makes my butt look big and makes my thighs look hideous. i don't know if it's genetics but none of my parents are fat and my mom didn't have wide hips until she had me. i've got an hourglass figure and I want to have like a model figure like my friends and they always say they want an hourglass figure.i tried working out like bouncing up and down an exercise ball and jogging but it doesn't help. and now I'm always crying now because I don't want to be fat. how can I get smaller hips? I want it down to like 24 inches
