I have windows 2000 and my toolbar has jumped to the top of my screen. how do I get it back to the bottom?

ive tried dragging the toolbar , that isnt working! Any others ideas???

  2. First Right-click the bar to make sure that "lock the taskbar" isn't checked. Then you can drag it to the desired position, and lock it again

  3. UPDATE UR SHITT GURL

  4. Click anywhere on the toolbar, and hold it down and just drag your pointer to the bottom or whereever you want the toolbar. it should just get there.

  5. Click and hold any empty part of the tool bar.  Drag to bottom.  Release.
