Most legitimate sites allow you to cash out your winnings by money gram but limit each withdraw to 2k per day, week, etc.  If you won the money on a site, are they allowing you to use it now, if not, your winnings are probablly a scam.

However, if it is legit, they will email you the information you will need to collect at a money gram provider.  The information will include a receiver code, a company name and location, and will require your ID, your address and a phone number to collect.
