  1. If you are unable to work, and under 65 (State Pension Age)  you should get Incapacity Benefit (rather than JSA) irrespective of being 'Retired' from your work Pension or not ..

    There are a number of other benefits to which you should be entitled (Council Tax Rebate, Housing allowance etc) ... HOWEVER some are 'means tested' (so if others in your household are working or you have savings you may get less)
