The last 5 years has been at the level of director (of various programs). I have a Master's degree, but am seriously considering a career change. My issue is I really don't have the desire to return to school. I enjoy working with people, but being a supervisor has been stressful (often times not worth it) especially the HR parts of the position. Suggestions??

  1. Maybe you should consider retirement.  Then pursue those things that really interest you now more.  That might be consulting, independent work, free-lancing in your field.  It might include art, music, writing, speaking, or volunteering.  Take a step back and ask yourself what you would rather do.
