I have worms...what can i do?

this is not a joke. I'm totally freaking out.. i hate gong to the doctor..can i buy medicine at rite aid or anything to get rid of them?or maybe a natural remedy? i just wormed my cats and dog and i have some of it left..would it be poisonous if i ate that too?

You need to see a doctor. And yes, your medicine you used on your pets are dangerous to you.
