I have yahoo MSN phone out. And when I call Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philipines from USA people can't hear me?

Why is that?

I have used international phone cards and get thec same results people in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines can't hear me on there cell phone or home phone?

What's the best calling card or PC to phone call service where this doesn't happen that much?

Why is this happen because I'm calling during high peak internationall calling in the USA?

What can I do to prevent this from happening again?

I use Skype (http://skype.com) to call my fiancee' twice a day. It costs nothing for PC-to-PC calls. Skype's audio and video technology makes such communications extremely clear, and a  lot better than MSN or Yahoo.

We used to use Yahoo Messenger, because that is what's normally installed on the Internet Cafe' computers.  We've stopped using Yahoo Messenger when my fiancee' got a home computer, because Skype is way better.
