do u know eney whitening trays or stripes that work good and fast !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and how long do they last thank you so much P.s. and (OR) eney that wont take the enamel off your teeth

i would not recommend and whitening techniques because the effects generally wear off in a few months time. what u could do is c ur dentist about procelain laminates. they are slices of dental porcelain which can be fixed to ur teeth and the procedure is painless.

I have used bleaching trays and Crest strips in the past.

They both work well, but the crest strips are much cheaper.  You will see results in a matter of days with both types of whitening.

The results will remain for as long as you are able to keep your teeth looking white.  Drinking sodas and tea, and other foods/drinks in your diet may effect the color of your teeth.  Minimize the causes, and the teeth will remain looking white.

Yes, they do work quite well. You can get the ones that say extra strength / 5 days your teeth will be a few shades whiter. It lasts a couple of months, maybe 3.
