  1. Sometimes the head isnt in place until the last few days.  It just goes when it is ready.  sometimes if the baby is too big it cant turn over and they do a c section becasue you breech, thats what happened to my sis in law

  2. you should be fine.  A friend of mine was in the same situation a couple of years ago and the baby turned about 5 days before the birth.  Another friend of mine had her baby turn for her by the doctor during the labor.  Doctors know all sorts of tricks nowadays for this sort of thing.  You will be fine.

  3. Discharge is absolutely normal during pregnancy, you get it very frequently due to all the hormones in your body going crazy. It might also be your mucus plug coming out, because sometimes it doesn't come out all at once, but rather comes out in the form of heavy discharge over a period of a couple of weeks.

And by the baby's head not being fixed, do you mean he isn't facing down? Because if that's so, then you need to see a doctor to try to get him "turned", which is where a doctor will literally try to turn the baby so his head is down, because you cannot deliver a breech baby vaginally. If the turning doesn't work, then you'll have to get a C-section. I would discuss all of this with your doctor.

  4. Relax please, some babies don't engage until the last minute. You still have plenty of time yet.

As for the discharge, a lot of women get a similar discharge. If you are worried ask you doctor about it.

Now go and enjoy the rest of the pregnancy, as this is a wonderful time. You can connect with your baby and make this a really pleasurable time for both of you.  You will never have this Unique time with This child again.  Once baby is born, yes, it's wonderful and special, but you will be tired and have other reasonability’s to distract you.

So please don’t be in such a hurry to see your child, take your time, enjoying the experience of utter bliss, when the two of you are really as one.

  5. do you have a gym ball? if so, sit on it often during the day and lean forward (rest your upper arms and head on the edge of the table for example). this leaning forward and using gravity is an excellent way to help baby get into position.

the best way to avoid Breech position is to lean forward as much as possible. The midwife at my hospital recommends scrubbing the kitchen floor!

  6. My baby was 4.5kg when he was born and about 58cm. I delivered naturally and he only engaged in the final days (he was about 4 days late). I wouldn't worry too much and just enjoy the time before you seriously won't be able to sleep through anymore! When your baby is ready to be born he/she will come out.
