  1. Is this is complaint or is there a question coming?

  2. It depends on what State you are in.  In the state of Texas some jobs will hire you after it has been a period of seven (7) years are longer.  Sometime the city or government entities may hire you.  Try some of the temporary agencies in your town because they might lead you in the right direction.  If you go through a temporary agent and the company that you are working for likes your work ethics, they may be adapt to hire you on those credentials alone.  The best remedy is to continue looking and always be honest on your application.

  3. Dude. You have a felony, and you cannot get a job where you are. Move somewhere where you can? Or live with your Mom?

  4. It depends on what felony you have commited. It also depends on what state you live in and what job you are trying to get.

  5. Move to California, their labor laws allow investigative reports to only display convictions of no more than seven years.  Get it expunged or move to New York where it depends on whether the crime is directly related to the job.  If they were to not hire on that basis and you disagree you could take it to courts

  6. Felonies are rated on scale of seriousness in my state.  Only certain crimes prevent you from certain jobs.

    Check in your state.

Check will your local Bar Association as well.  They usually provide some information of a general nature for free.  If they don't do so, they can point you to a legal aid organization that might be able to advise you for free.
