I havee had my Seagate

Question

I havee had my Seagate Freeagent 500 GB for a yr. Worked great. Just today, it wouldn't load. Not recongnized on either my laptop, Vista or my desktop XP. Hums and clicks. I have over three quarters full and alot of irreplaceable things. My Mother died last June and I have videos of her singing to me and telling her stories. Please help me out. [e-mail].
