I havee questions about the SAT?

eventually i'm going to have to take them, does anybody know the best time sophomore year, junior, senior, etc.?

and my school doesnt really prepare you for it, u just kind of take them, they dont make much of an emphasis on it, and i really want to go to an ivy league college, can anybody tell me the best way to prep for it, any ways to prep for it, like when shoul i start reviewing, what books to buy, the best study methods, thanks ;)

  1. take it your junior year, but start preparing for it your sopnmore year. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY you are going tp regret it if you thinkk start preparing your junior year. Trust me im a junior and I wish I prepared


  2. I would take my SATs in April of junior year so that if you do mess up, you can retake the SAT 2 months later in June. As far as study material, it's never too early/late to buy them and start reviewing the questions. i studied with my friends at the library, just going over all of the practice books they have. the best book i would say is the one directly from collegeboard, but there are plenty of other review books out there.

    oh, and in my opinion, i think the ivy league is overrated =). I currently go to BC.

  3. I would take them a number of times, or atleast leave room too.

    Start at the beginning of your Junior year. Dont forget you have to take the Subject SATs if your planning on going ot a good school.
