I haven't been eating much for a while..?

And I lost weight(two pounds), but is it muscle weight or fat weight? I have a lot of stress and I drink a lot of water

  2. well i think its muscle weight because  what your body turns to first if  your bodys muscle because your not getting your daily requirements. and so it gets that nutrients it needs from your own muscle.

  3. It's not easy to tell with just 2 lbs and the info you provided. Let's say you are overweight and not exercising. If so, and you are starving yourself, then you are probably losing more muscle than fat.  If you are at a normal weight and exercising, but not starving yourself, then you might be losing fat. There are many possible alternatives, but I cannot guess at it without more info. Just follow the golden rule and burn more calories than you consume and you will drop weight, trust me. Ultimately though, your genetics will determine how close you get to looking how you want to look.  Not everybody can have an hourglass figure. Be happy and work with what you have.
