I haven't had my period in a while.?

i haven't had my period for like 6 months but i still get cramps and spot. i had like 3 periods this winter but that was it.i have never had s*x so i know i am not prego. i haven't had a period since me and my boyfriend broke up, could it be because i am like depressed or somthing?

please help!

  1. Stress will delay or even cause you to skip periods. It could also be that you have only recently started your period and you are still irregular.

    3. Change in schedule.

    4. Change in medications.

    5. Being overweight / underweight.

  4. Have you lost weight recently? I have and I haven't had a period since early July. Sometimes that affects your period.
