I haven't heard from Texas Center about my I-140 application......

Question

Hi, I have applied for I-140 as EB1 in Texas Center. My receipt date is 01/17/2008, Till now, I still have no response from USCIS, no RFE neither. I wonder whether it takes too long? When will I get my decision? By the way, if I do not receive a RFE, does that mean my materials are strong enough to support my application? I wonder whether USCIS will give you a chance to provide more evidence before they reject you case or just reject the case directly? Thanks.

it takes forever, ours was supposed to take 3 months it took 2 years, but it really depends on the country you are from, at least it seems that way.
