I haven't received my payment book yet.?

I leased a new car about 3 weeks ago and have not received my payment book yet . I have called the dealer twice and the said they would look in to it. In the meantime my payment is due on the 12. What happens if they don't send the payment book? What should I do?

you can send the payment . and  you will have a copy. ether check on money order. then staple it to payment book when it arrives. same thing.

You are still responsible for the payment. Ask for their payment address, the amount and the account information that references your payment then send them a check.

Who is the lessor? Contact them and get payment info. If that's not do-able, contact your salesperson, sales manager, general sales manager, general manager, and dealer principal.
