I haven't worked out for 2 days, I feel like I'm losing muscles.?

I'm 140lb guy 5'11.

I usually workout 45 minutes of weight lifting and 45 minutes of jogging everyday. This kept me fit for months. However, because of traveling. I wasn't able to exercise for two days. I feel like I'm losing muscle.

I eat at least 2500 calories each day. Why does it feel like I'm losing muscles. It feels weaker and not harder.

  1. I don't think you can lose muscle in two days as long as your eating enough. I wouldn't worry about it since muscle has memory and you'll get it back quickly, While traveling there is a lot you can still do to keep from feeling that way. Push ups etc...old school! You might find it more challenging if your body is use to the gym equipment.
