What do you do to make yourself fall asleep?

  1. take a sleeping pill over the counter something that says PM on it


  2. exercise is the best way, but if you are like me just listen to some kind of music and relax in your bed till you go to sleep.

  4. take 1. 5 sleeping pill, but them i awful drowsy in the morning. but not all are like that i guess.also swimming. i find when i swim im always really exhausted at night.

  7. well i recently started school and i'm a teen so naturally in the summer i'm up till like 3 so i was concerned with my sleeping pattern to but then i realized that if i make my self tired enough my sleeping pattern will straiten out on it's own! :)

  9. Take 2 bendadry's and you will sleep like a baby.  

  10. a advil or Tylenol pm helps you to sleep.  Or if you don't want the pain killing part you can take benadryl.    They are not addicting and make sure you use it as a routine to train your body that 11pm is time for sleep.    If it continues for more than 3 months you may need to consult the doctor for help.

  11. ok i drink warm milk and put vinilla and sugar in it a few minutes before you want to sleep it will help calm you and help you fall asleep.

  12. you need to physically tire yourself out then you need to like not think about anything and smoke some pot you will fall asleep and its actually healthy to smoke pot so if your some health fanitic dont worry your only helping yurself

    if you have a problem you have to deal with it, and not think about it in bed, don't watch tv or use ur computer before you go to bed, insted get ke really bored taa hot bubble bath before you go to bed

  14. 50 - 150 mg. of Benadryl will put you to sleep. My doctor said that is 2 to 3 times the recommended dose on the package, but it was OK.

    Also, anything that ends in "PM" is just Tylenol or Advil mixed with Benadryl. The chemical ingredient will read as "Diphenhydramine" or "Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride".

  15. I count backwards starting from 100....I never get past the 50's. Also helps if you imagine the numbers floating by on clouds (or whatever floats your boat)...Goodluck:)

  16. I have the same problem, when I was the most stressed I didn't sleep at all the problem is still there but as the days go by I try not to think about it too much and I have slept more now, email me if you like to talk about it. peace

  18. dont take no sleepng pills when you dont need it..you can go exercise..work out...tire yourself out..naturally..then you'll sleep like a baby!

  20. I usually read a boring book, or try to count backwards from 999,999 (its more complicated than it seems, and lulls you off to sleep). Also i try to be active during the day because if you don't you can get overly hyper and not sleep at night. Also try not to watch tv an hour before you go to bed.  

  21. same here i cant sleep even thou im tired... well sometimes i close my eyes i make my room go dark so dark that i cant see my hands and just close ,my eyes and not open them  

  22. try not to think about sleeping and lay still lightly flexing every muscle in your body randomly and think about how it feels...idk why but it works!

  23. I used to have that problem when I was younger...I used to get spurts of energy and I'd toss and trun while my mind ran a mile a minute.  I found that jogging helped release some of that energy.  It worked great for me...a short run right before bed.
