I havent been really wearing my headgear...?

like i have but not enough i dont think.

i mean its not my fault im outside with friends 24/7

i have no time to wear it!

only to bed and sometimes in the morning

and i wear it half the night!

whats a good lie to say to the orthodontist when they say you havent been doing a good job????

my appt. is tomorrow and im begging my mom to cancel just so i have a week.

whats a good thing to say to her for that^^^^^?

They will know you are lying because you will not have had a decrease in your over jet. Just be honest and try to do better wearing it this go around. It is a hard thing to wear but just think the more you wear it the sooner you will be done with it! Good luck!!
